Who'd A Thought It Residential Acres

The Who’d A Thought It Residential Acres is named after the nearby hill in Quirindi.

Sitting atop the hill is a lookout from which the Liverpool Plains and vast grazing areas of the northweast can be savored. The views from the lookout are spectacular as are the views from the residential acres.

There are many local versions of how the hill came to be named such a curious title. The leading version amongst the locals is that an old bullock driver was coaxing his bullocks up the hill in the heat of December day. Upon reaching the hill and being exhausted from his endeavors the bullock driver looked down the other side of the hill and saw a tavern. Surprised to see such an unexpected but nevertheless welcome site the bullock driver loudly exclaimed “Who’d A Thought It”.

  • 6 - 10 acre blocks
  • Magnificent views

  • Protective Covenants

The phrase is a perfect match for the Residential Acres. With lot sizes of 10 acres and an affordable starting price the estate is the perfect, and somewhat surprising place to realise your dreams.
