In early 2009 I made the decision to sell my home with a view to moving into a self-care retirement villa. My home had been on the market for approximately nine months with few results, and the difficult economic situation did nothing to enhance the prospect of a quick sale.

 

In January of this year I approached Luke Scanlon at Keith Bell & Son, First National Real Estate in Quirindi. From the outset I found Luke to be very positive and pro-active. Luke inspected my home and provided me with a valuation and quoted me an anticipated sale price range that he was confident of achieving.

 

Within about three months of first contacting Luke, he had found a buyer for my property and the whole process has taken place very smoothly, with the final sale price being well within the range that Luke had quoted me.

 

Throughout the whole process Luke and his staff have been extremely helpful and have provided me with regular updates.
